研究方向:药物化学与抗肿瘤药理

郑文杰博士,现任暨南大学化学系教授,博士生导师,研究方向为药物化学与抗肿瘤药理,主要集中于新型硒杂环化合物的分子设计与抗肿瘤活性评价、细胞凋亡、细胞周期阻滞的信号转导通路与基因调控,同时研究硒化合物作为常规化疗药物增敏剂的应用及机制。作为项目负责人共主持国家自然科学基金项目和教育部重点项目等10项。各项目进展顺利,并取得了相应的成果。在ACS Nano、InorganicChemistry、Dalton Transactions.和Biomaterials等本领域主流杂志共发表论文50篇,撰写专著一部(有机硒的化学及其医学应用),申报专利15项,其中已授权5项、成功转让一项。
